WayLux Limo – Terms and Conditions
Welcome to WayLux Limo ("WayLux," "we," "our," or "us"). By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Reservations & Payment
- All reservations must be made in advance via our website, phone, or email.
- A valid credit card is required at the time of booking.
- A deposit or full payment may be required to secure certain reservations.
- Final payment is due before or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time will receive a full refund.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100%.
- No-Shows: No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
3. Wait Time Policy
- Airport Pickups: Includes 45 minutes of free wait time from the scheduled pickup time. After that, standard hourly rates apply.
- Other Pickups: Includes 15 minutes of free wait time. Additional time will be billed in 15-minute increments.
4. Conduct
- Passengers must behave in a respectful and lawful manner. Any damage to the vehicle caused by a passenger will be billed to the client.
- Smoking, illegal drug use, and underage drinking are strictly prohibited.
- The chauffeur reserves the right to terminate service without refund in case of abusive or unsafe behavior.
5. Vehicle Substitution
- WayLux reserves the right to upgrade or substitute vehicles due to maintenance, scheduling, or safety concerns. Substitutions will be of equal or greater value.
6. Liability
- WayLux is not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or mechanical failure beyond our control.
- WayLux is not liable for items left in the vehicle. Please check thoroughly before exiting.
7. Damage & Cleaning Fees
- Excessive cleaning required due to spills, bodily fluids, or damage may result in an additional fee of $250 or more.
8. Privacy Policy
- Personal data provided during booking will be kept confidential and used solely to process your reservation and improve our services. We never sell or share your data.
9. Force Majeure
WayLux is not responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, road closures, or pandemics.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Modifications
WayLux reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
